No matter how great our time is of now, there will always be havoc. But, grace shall be as your day. Every storm ends. Every night becomes a day. Grace shall be, as our day.

Monday:
Office work and email. We went to a Member's house at dinner time and had dinner.
Preparation for work out.
Elder Pandi has this habit of taking pictures in a bad angle and the camera upside down ._. :D

While we were having a lesson in an investigators house (Nanay Remedios and Nanay Rose) sisters 67 and 53
they received a text saying that their grand daughter's baby died in the incubator.
And our lesson was perfect cause it was The Plan of Salvation. We somehow comforted them.
They let us finished the lesson and ate bihon.

The kid's name is Gab he was supposed to be our investigator but we let the Sister's teach him because the mother is a Single Mom and its more effective that way. On the far right you can see a woman with red shirt? Thats the kids mom.
Bro Bong is next to him and he had a great testimony and how the Gospel changed his life.
Next to him is Bro. Rafanan he is the baptizer for Bro Bong.
Bro RAM is the one that'll baptize Gab.

July 4th its America's independence and I wore my american tie that Mommy Ning gave to Dad.

Sunday Morning rain is falling~

Displaying DSCN1310.JPG

It was raining very hard and I had to wear flipflops walking in the street cause otherwise Id have wet weet sa church.
But, nasudlan ra gihapon tubig.

Only a few members came but still the Sacrament was administered.
Electricity was on and off and it was starting to flood.
After Sacrament the church organized rescue teams for people and the chapel as an evacuation area.
There were landslides and water rising around the area.
We still got wet and helped people.

This is outside the office.

So we went home and had lunch.
And oh yea I forgot to mention that on Saturday Night Elder Factor came to church and I was surprised why he was there with his stuffs.
I was thinking NOOO dont go home. Then on Sunday I talked to him and he said he was going to go home but President and him got an agreement of him transferring. He had companion problems. He always had. He wants a filipino companion now because he never had one. He's fine now tho.

So, this is the back of our apartment.

Displaying DSCN1325.JPG

But we're safe.
Missionaries evacuated in our apartment. We got food from Sister Balledos.
She baked us muffins and provided soup to cook.
We had missionaries stranded in some areas and we needed to rescue them.
As we tried we couldnt cross from area to area because the waters are too deep for vehicles.
It was around 4pm so we waited for it to subside. Some missionaries were able to evacuate but some werent.
So around 10pm with President and his son Jonathan along with Elder Pandi, we were the rescue team for missionaries.
We were able to cross the roads and as an experienced Yolanda survivor, this was nothing. :D
We were able to extract missionaries and gladly nobody is hurt.

The apartment is very dirty now.

and thats how we ended our week :D

"The opposition is obvious and nothing will ever be enough unless we sacrifice everything. Everything."

(He's got sand on his face cause they were playing frisbee along the shore)

Last Monday's Zone Activity :)
It was only us Elder Basco Harris and Pandi.

Elder Hennessey and Elder Gang arrived.

Tuesday: Zone Training. Blaaah boring. Welp, Jonathan worked with us.
All our planned appointments were there :D wohho it was my first time to check everything in my planner.
Then the 3 of us had dinner at a carenderia.

Wednesday: Bad Day. President was having a bad day because of Pasaway Missionaries and everyone is affected.
President talked to me and he was like a dad scolding a son. This was during the evening. Jonathan apologized for him.
It was heavy and I just turned into my emotionless insensitive mode to ignore it. I understand President but the rest of the mission does not.
Thats what I think. Oh well.

Thursday: FLOOD IN THE OFFICE. So after our first appointment we went back to the office because Elder Cabase arrived there from manila.
He had his wrist checked. Operation this week I think. I reimbursed his expenses and then when I went inside the office boom water! Water everywhere!
We had this in the morning and I had to clean it up with Hennessey. It wasnt that flooded. Some missionaries dont know how to properly flush the toilet and it got flooded. And then it happened again. The cr was flooded and the water reached the lobby. We spend the whole afternoon mopping and taking the water out cleaning the office. Pandi and Me.

Friday: Soaked! We bought dinner for later evening because we still dont have LPG :P
We went home after buying food because I was so wet from my shoulders down now. A car passed by and swooooosh water was all over me.
( I kinda wanted that to happen xD ) I bought balut on the way home.

Saturday: Early morning we went to Luna to clear out an apartment.
When we got back there was no electricity. I worked out for an hour.
Then slept in the living room. Then worked :)

Sunday:
The Relief Society worked with us. They fellow shipped our investigators and we had a great time.
Their testimonies as mothers and converts were really helpful. Even if it was raining there was no complain.
The RS is more powerful than the Priesthood :D hahha
Dinner at President Solomon's home. Her wife was one of the RS that worked with us.

Look at these FAAANGS! :D

A Marine School! They have a SHIP inside!

So I didnt really have that much pictures for you. I was so busy. Here's some Selfies that I took this morning with my glasses awyis!

Mom sent me this picture. From the Thai Ward we went to back in Bangkok.

Monday: So today I had my glasses.

Tuesday: District Meeting. Thank you for the HAPPY PILLS! I needed them. Starting this day I got so busy with paperwork and fieldwork.

Wednesday: MLC (Missionary Leadership Training) Every MLC I get very busy because theres Reimbursements and theres like a lot of stuff to prepare.
Including their food and needs.

Thursday: Recasting of Elder Nielsen's foot. He slipped while he was alone in the apartment and his fracture went worse. So, Im stuck with him for another 3 weeks. He was screaming when the Doctor used a grinder to break off his past cast. And Elder Pandi went out because he feels it.
And I was there standing very excited !!! YES! Cut it! :D
They were scared. I wanted the grinder to be tried on my skin because it can not cut skin. The Doctor tried it himself but I wasn't able to tell him.

Friday: Today wasnt really a good day. So Ive been searching for my Jacket for a week now and I also lost my favorite Polo :3 So I called everyone who slept in the apartment and no one has it. My foot is also killing me because my shoes are worn off and the new shoes I bought arent really that good for me.
The worst part is when I asked Elder Nielsen if he saw. He was the first person that I asked and he was like yea I noticed it there and its gone now.
Then on this night I asked him again and he's like oh wait I think I put it in the Storage Room and I was like what the freak are you freaking serious? Ive been looking for it for a week and you were hiding it the whole time ._.
But Im happy my Jacket is back.

Saturday: Bro RAM our Ward Mission Leader worked with us. We walked at the sea shore. I still cant walk straight I slightly limp.

Sunday: Sunday was great until the eve came. I was really pissed off with everyone its like my patience is being tested again.
So they told me theyre going to eat dinner so I cooked for them even if the sink was really a mess and it was stinking. While I am nearly done cooking they all went to bed except for Elder Pandi. My hands were already very itchy I had to take Anti Allergy :( My patience was running low. May gane lami ang fish na ako ge luto nakalma rako. They dont have the initiative to clean stuffs no matter what I say to them. /sigh
